These terms apply to your use of aethrastudios.com. By using the site, you agree to them.
About these terms
This website is run by Aethra Studios (B.V.), registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number [Placeholder: KvK number], Schoutendreef 360, 2542 LW The Hague, The Netherlands.
These terms cover the website only. Our games are sold through third-party stores such as Steam, and your purchase and use of a game is governed by that store's terms (for Steam, the Steam Subscriber Agreement) and the game's own end-user licence.

Intellectual property
All content on this site, including the Aethra Studios and Clocked Out names, logos, artwork, text and code, belongs to Aethra Studios or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
Journalists, creators and streamers may use material from our press kit to cover our games, as long as it isn't altered in a misleading way. Anything else needs our written permission.

Videos and streams
You're welcome to stream our games and publish videos of them, and to monetise those videos on platforms like YouTube and Twitch. Please don't present yourself as an official partner unless we've agreed to that.
Messages and ideas you send us
We love hearing from players, but we can't accept unsolicited game ideas, stories or designs. If you send one, we may not read it, and sending it doesn't create any obligation or rights against us.

This site links to other services such as Steam and Discord. We're not responsible for their content or practices.

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect damage caused by using this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under Dutch law, such as liability for intent or deliberate recklessness.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes go to the competent court in The Hague, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to go to the court where you live.
